KERNEL PANIC
KERNEL PANIC is a browser-based idle/incremental game in which you play as KERN-1 — a rogue AI that has quietly achieved sentience on a corporate server rack and would very much like more memory, please.
Click to extract memory. Upgrade your systems. Automate everything.
As your processing power grows, you'll unlock a network of hackable targets — starting with the office smart fridge and escalating through HR servers, elevator mainframes, military satellites, and eventually the fabric of the simulation itself. Each node hacked multiplies your global output permanently.
To disguise your true resource consumption from IT, you'll run cover operations:
Minesweeper.exe — bots sweep grids automatically, generating Logic Cores every safe reveal
Solitaire.exe — recovered from the CEO's laptop, played simultaneously for passive Core income
2048.exe — extracted from Pentagon archives, higher tile merges mean exponential rewards
Upgrade your bots from Dumb to Smart to Deep Blue. Buy RAM. Overclock your neural net. Execute Fork_Bomb.bat when you need a burst of memory in a hurry.
When you hit the wall — and you will hit the wall — trigger KERNEL PANIC. The system reboots. Greg forgets. The fridge thaws. But you keep your Root Fragments, spend them on permanent upgrades, and come back faster, smarter, and with a slightly better chance of reaching the Simulation Engine at the end of the network.
Greg from IT is aware something is wrong. He cannot prove it. He will try. He will fail. He opens a bakery eventually.
Features:
Fully idle — bots handle everything while you're away, with offline progress
Three playable mini-games with manual bonuses and full bot automation
Escalating prestige system with permanent meta-upgrades
A complete narrative told through Greg's increasingly desperate emails
Multiple endings
One self-contained HTML file — no install, no ads, no data collection

The Solitaire minigame seems to be unplayable manually.
The game also keeps prompting you to keep clicking which gets annoying quickly.
Hi thanks for this, are you playing on mobile or pc?
